Having many times strolled the street of Paris and grown up with a French mother, French cooking is close to my heart, and enjoy the bistro tables whether in the bistros or out on the sidewalks is a favorite passtime. When my wife bought this book I was touched, it was for her I knew it but I also knew that if the book was any good I would benefit from it. Benefit I did!
